Turnaround

Typical turnaround time is 10 business days + shipping time. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may imply. Taking longer than 2 hours to approve your DPA may delay your order.

Artwork

All files must be 300 DPI or vector format. Know what size you want the print to be before you start the design process. Text must be converted to outlines. If you send us low res artwork your print will output at low res. Low res artwork may also be denied.

Print Approval

Print approval can be done a few ways. The most common one is a Digital Photo Approval (DPA). This is where we print your design and send you a photo of it via email. Another way of approval would be to schedule in a ‘in-house approval’ where you would come to our warehouse and see a strike-off. Any changes may result in production delays and additional costs.

Printing over seams and zippers

Anytime you have a large design that prints over the arm seams, collar or bottom seam, zippers, or pockets will result in inconsistencies in registration and possibly ‘glob’ the print.

Shipping

Astro can not be responsible for any shipping delays cause by the shipping company.

Returned Checks

There will be a $45.00 returned check fee.
